PRODUCT EVALUATION AGREEMENT
I understand that this agreement governs every IOGEAR product evaluation in which I choose to participate, including those that I do not complete. I understand this agreement and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
  • I will not publish, post, broadcast or publicly communicate in any form or format any information, comments, opinions or statements about any of the IOGEAR products that I have been selected to evaluate even if I fail to complete the evaluation.
  • I will not publish, post, broadcast or publicly communicate in any form or format any communication I may have with IOGEAR which relates to an IOGEAR product that I have been selected to evaluate even if I fail to complete the evaluation.
  • I will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate or attempt to modify in any manner any of the IOGEAR products that I am selected to evaluate, including any software that may accompany a product.
  • I agree that it is within IOGEAR’s sole discretion to select the incentive that is offered to participate in any given product evaluation and that the incentives offered may vary for each product evaluation that is conducted.
  • I agree that to receive the incentive offered for a product evaluation I must complete the following actions within 7 calendar days of receiving the product: (i) evaluate the product; (ii) complete the product evaluation survey; (iii) answer all applicable survey questions; and (iv) return the product to IOGEAR.
  • I agree that this agreement and all aspects, products and communications that are included in the IOGEAR product evaluation process are considered confidential information.  I agree not disclose, publish or communicate any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of IOGEAR.
  • I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
  • This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California exclusively, without resorting to the principles of the conflicts of laws; as such laws apply to contracts between California residents performed entirely within California.  I also agree that the appropriate jurisdiction and venue for any action arising from this agreement shall be Orange County, California.
