How to be the CHAMPION of your day!

Sometimes when we get in a routine we forget how great life is and we go through the motions, this isn't always the best way to live. You can become distracted and frustrated, unable to complete simple tasks.

So here is a healthy reminder of how to have the best day/week ever!

How to get up early:

  • Plan stuff to look forward to in the morning such as your breakfast or schedule important plans first thing first
  • Before bed drink a glass of water to relax your body
  • Sleep in total darkness
  • Turn off your phone
  • Choose a comfy environment to sleep in so you are well rested
  • Put your alarm across the room so you have to get up to turn it off

How to start your day and be productive:

  • Visualize success for the day or happiness
  • Workout early, you will feel accomplished and ready to start that day with endorphins
  • Complete your hardest tasks first that way you do not feel like you are being dragged down by needing to do something on a time crunch
  • Do real work first before you dive in to your emails and become distracted by other tasks
  • Write short and concise emails
  • Play music in the background
  • Clear desk/workspace = Clear mind
  • Repeat ideas or tasks several times to make it a habit

Try out these tweaks to your mornings and work days and see how much it helps you! I know for a fact when my room and house are clean, I can focus on myself and life better than being distracted by a pile of dirty dishes. Do you have any other ideas of how to create a success day?
