Shipping policy
Handling Time
We strive to process and prepare orders for shipment promptly. Our typical order processing time is three business days. This time may vary during peak seasons or special promotions, but we’ll always keep you informed.
All packages are shipped from the state of California. Once the orders are shipped, absent any force majeure events, you can expect your package to be delivered within 1-5 business days (handling time not included), depending upon the ship-to location. Expedited and Priority shipping options are available at checkout.
Premium Shipping Options
Orders using Next Day or 2-Day Expedited Shipping must be placed by 11:00 a.m. PST Monday through Friday in order to ship out the same day. We only process orders Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays, when we process orders on the first business day after the weekday holiday). For example, a premium shipping order placed at 12:00 p.m. PST on Friday will be processed the next business day (usually Monday). In addition, during certain promotions when order volume is higher, standard shipping orders may need an additional day for processing.
The cut-off time is based on when the order is successfully submitted and receives a payment confirmation within our system.
Address Verification: If an address verification issue prevents the system from generating a shipping label before the cut-off, the order may be delayed until the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.
You will receive a tracking number after your order is processed and ready to ship. You may get more than one tracking number if your order contains more than one item. Items may be shipped and delivered at different times.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are currently not shipping outside the U.S.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or Military AFO/FPO addresses
- Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
Limited Free Shipping
IOGEAR offers free Standard Economy Ground Shipping on qualifying orders, subject to the following conditions:

Order Value - Applies to orders with a subtotal of $99 or more, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts or promotions.

Eligible Products - Excludes on-sale products, refurbished products, and select specialty items (as indicated at checkout).
- Shipping Method - Limited to Standard Economy Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping.

Delayed Orders and Shipments
In the case of delayed order processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. We are not responsible for shipping provider delays. For delayed shipment of an order, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s shipment status.
Holidays and Weekends
Shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays. Please expect delays during these times. See our holiday schedule below.
