Launches USB 2.0 Docking Station for complete computing solution
Irvine, CA – February 8, 2005 – IOGEAR has introduced its USB 2.0 Docking Station, a device that provides to laptop computers all the functionality of desktop computers.
The USB 2.0 Docking Station features an Ethernet port, two PS/2 ports, audio-in and audio-out jacks, serial port and three USB 2.0 ports. By placing the laptop on the slightly elevated device better ventilation and cooling is delivered, which extends the battery life. The ergonomic design of the station also raises the keyboard angle for a more comfortable wrist position. All ports are positioned in the back of the notebook to reduce cable clutter.
