The suit alleges that select Belkin Corp. KVM Switches infringe ATEN’s U.S. Patent No. 7,035,112, titled ‘Automatic Switch’ (‘112 Patent’). The patent gives intellectual property protection on any KVM Switches that feature attached cables, including IOGEAR’s MiniView Micro Series and MiniView USB KVM for the Mac mini.
